A beautiful evergreen tree displaying tropical foliage 11 months out of the year. Leaves temporarily drop in April and are replaced the following month. Tree maintainable at approximately 12′ tall. Begins fruiting one or two years after planting. Produces fruit ranging in weight from one to five pounds! Fruit flavor characteristics reminiscent of white nectarine, banana and mangosteen. Can survive mild to moderate frost damage and is therefore adaptable to inland climates as well as coastal zones.
